how can it be that it is already december?
time flies so fast...
few days ago i begun working as an apprentice in a flower shop. i walk every morning 40 minutes in to the village and then take a bus in to a town nearby. i do love to see the dawn (and twilight sky when i come back from work) sky in the morning, the breathtaking bare trees infront of the dawn colors.
i was incredibly nervous before i went in to the flower shop. i thought that i would not manage customer service, packing the delicate flowers etc. but all has went well, and i have been so glad after the working days. the owner said to me today that i serve the customers like i would be professional, that is truly a compliment. there is lots to be learn, creating flower arrangements and flower posies, my school just begun few months ago, so i should not worry. i have been able to create flower arrangements for Christmas time, somehow i love to create these arrangements most, to feel the forest materials on my hand, the scent of moss...
on the photo above is an arrangement which i made in home. i think i would just want to create more and more these flower arrangements, but i need to stop myself.
Below is few photos of the flower shop.it is very different and more lovelier than other flower shops i have seen in Finland.

ReplyDeleteI think your arrangement is lovely. You will be creating with flowers just like you do with your jewellery and it will be just as magical because you see the beauty in them.

I LOVE your arrangement, it is absolutely charming! (did you make the mushrooms?) How wonderful to get to work in a florist shop. It must smell amazing, it surely looks beautiful! Do you walk past your little dream cottage on the way to the village? :)))

thank you friends for these comments, they mean a lot!! i am truly happy while creating with things from nature. here in Finland we use lots of things in flower arrangements picked from woodlands. today my boss came from a walk and brought fir branches with her which she had found at a side of a road.
