one of my lates necklaces. i just love creating with lace, since it reminds me from victorian era, which i love so much. this piece is very personal one. surrender is such a powerful word.

studio

here are few photographs at my studio. i have been here in solitude for few days. no one to say good morning, except the primrose who looks so very joyful. when i was in countryside i said good morning to the birds and trees, like i would greet my family...well they are my family.

but i like to create things, listen new Antony and the Johnson's album, which has been inspired me so much during these days.

winged things

winged feathery creatures are such an inspiration for me. like so many of you also.

i have been creating lots of jewelries lately. last week i felt, that i just have to move my art table in another part of the room, since i felt uninspired. After the moving, the inpiration has been flowing, and that is such a magical feeling indeed. i just love how the words come to me, without thinking too much. yesterday i created few bird pieces, which i will list at etsy tomorrow, since Etsy is not working at the moment.

the bird poet necklace is very earthy one. i used shades of green and smoky grey and bark brown. the other jewelry piece is created for a bird girl. i need to create same like piece for me too, since it is "hard" to part from such a personal piece like this.

quick note

once again i am very busy for updating this blog...

but next time i will write my thoughts on paper, take photograph from them and this way i can update this blog with my words. i have also started to create a new line of jewelries, which i will show you next time, very inspired by forest and spring and all good things in nature.

whisper of trees

trees are one of the most beloved beings in my life.

my soul siblings. they listen and answer. they speak with the winds, and give a loving home for the birds and squirrels.

one of the most soothing voices in a nature is to hear how the reed sing in the wind. in summer time i said to my friend, that i wish there would be a cd filled with voices of rustling leaves...that in winter time i will be missing that sound. but there are such a beautiful voices in a winter air: the song of waxwings. rustling of the branches. how the snow moves upon a icy snow... these voices are more dear to me, than any man made songs or symphonies. what about winter scents? winter scents are not powerlfull like in summer time, but more delicate one. the scent of fir and pines are my very favorite. the icy moss. smoke in the air. here is one of my latest bracelets. for some one who has an naturalist heart. p.s. take a peek at "Drawings From The Nature" blog. She has been an inspiration to me ever since i noticed her drawings and writing in English Country Living. one of my promised this year will be, that i try to paint bird feathers... inspired by Milly, of course and Beatrix Potter!

new beginning

this is my new blog. my new beginning. i have been almost four weeks here in the country side. first helping my parents with their house renovation, and after that celebrating the Christmas. during this time i have seen three times the same fox. magically he appeared when i felt i should watch from the window in to our yard. i have seen sun touching the branches of the trees (after being a month or more without sun), almost every day in this week. twilight in the evening, which starts 3 p.m. in here or even sooner. in these winter months when the branches are bare, i have been searching bird nests. i found a nest in this old birch, high on the branches. perfect home i would say! i have created new kind simple "poetical" jewelry pieces. which can be found at my etsy.
